Living Space for Actives Actives will occupy all units in front part of building (facing Daniel St). Living space for Betas will be separate from non-Beta tenants (will require a security card for access).
(Entrance for Betas will be the front door facing Daniel Street – whereas entrance for non-Beta tenants will be the door facing 2nd Street.)
Sigma Rho Common Space There will be a gorgeous main dining room – once again! Extra tall ceilings with a kitchen off to the side. There will also be a library, a study room, and a Chapter Room (Chapter Room on Second Floor).
(The fraternity common space will technically be separate from the active’s living space. Beta’s General Fraternity no longer allows alcohol on fraternity grounds. With our new & innovative approach, actives can enjoy independent living – in a sense – within the confines of their own living space. More on that in future communications.)
